General: patient comfortable appearing, in no acute distress

Eyes/ears/nose/throat/face: PERL, no conjunctivitis or jaundice, good extraocular movements, nares patent, no nasal flaring, no pharyngeal erythema or tonsillar exudates, no rashes on face, no auditory canal erythema or lesions, tympanic membranes pearly grey

Neck: trachea midline, no tracheal tug, no lymphadenopathy or masses on palpation

Resp: breathing not labored, good air entry bilaterally, no intercostal indrawing or paroxysmal breathing

CV: S1-S2, no extra heart sounds, femoral pulses equal and bilateral

Abdo: Soft, nontender, nondistended

MSK: Unremarkable

Skin: Good capillary refill, normal skin
